AMA & District 36 Membership
To be eligible to race any District 36-sanctioned dirt track event you must be a current member (in good standing) in both the National AMA (American Motorcyclist Association) and AMA District 36.

AMA Annual Release & Waiver
The Annual Release and Waiver meets all Release, Waiver and Assumption of Risk requirements for any type of AMA-sanctioned event. When you have an Annual Release on file, the AMA does not require you to complete any additional AMA waivers during event registration. This saves time for you and your event organizer.
The Annual Release is valid for one calendar year, from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31. Upon receipt and validation of your completed and notarized Annual Release, the AMA will mail you an Annual Release Verification Card. Present this card along with your current AMA membership card during registration at AMA-sanctioned events to certify that you have a valid Annual Release on file.
The Annual Release is valid for AMA-sanctioned event registration only. Event organizers may have additional entry and registration requirements.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Parents need to complete their portion of the form. Both parents need to sign the form.
If parents are divorced they both still must sign unless sole legal custody is applicable.
